What is Lifestyle Photosession all about?

Lifestyle Photosession is not another portrait session, it is a session to enable me to capture the real you. Real feelings in real surroundings!
Lifestyle Photosession is about capturing ‘storytelling’ images of who you are.
Your Lifestyle Photosession can happen anywhere in the world. It can be a beach, a park, a tourist attraction, or somewhere that is special to you.
Location choice is yours.
So whether you want to experience a Lifestyle Photosession yourself or give it as a gift to someone close to you, the end result will be the same - a breathtaking experience.

How long will Lifestyle Photosession last?

Your session will last approximately up to 2 hours. I will take the time to get to know you and your children and make you feel comfortable, so we get great images of you and your loved ones. I prefer photographing in natural light, but the location is completely up to you. Anywhere in the world. It can be simple as a beach, park any attraction or somewhere special to you. The 2 hours do not include travel to and from the location of your choice. A Lifestyle Photosession outside of a 1 hour journey time is subject to special agreement.

What clothing should I wear?

Anything you like. Simple is always best!  Neutral tones, denim, khakis are always great clothing combinations. Texture, also, adds great depth to your portraits.  If two or more people are to be photographed, try to maintain the same or complimentary colour tones. Consider using white clothes sparingly as they can reflect light too strongly for portraits. Barefoot is always fun!

Try to avoid large logos, prints or bold stripes, as they can distract rather than enhance portraits.

Do you provide a make up artist?

Lifestyle photo session is an informal photo session on a location rather then a make over photo session. I always recommend try to stick to light makeup.  If how ever you are comfortable in getting a professional make up done and are looking for a recommendation, please do not hesitate to ask for details.

How long will it be before I can see the pictures?

Your images will be available for private viewing on my password protected website within 4 weeks from the date of your Lifestyle Photosession. I will email you the link & password to your private gallery. 

You are welcome to share the link and password with your family & friends. Viewing online and in comfort of your home is a great way to see the proofs.

Your gallery will be online for 28 days after which time, a fee of £35.00 ($75.00, AED 250) per 28 day period will apply if you want to continued access.

How long do you hold on to my images?

I never delete any of the images. I keep them safe & secure forever. You never know when you might come back for more re-prints. As long as I am alive, I hold on to the images.

Can I purchase digital negatives for my personal use?

Yes you can. Each digital negative is priced at 750 AED (£100-00, $250-00 each) and are supplied on a CD for your personal use only. Purchased image can not be used for any publication, promotional use, advertising or sold to a third party.

Who owns the copyright?

Swani Gulshan is the copyright owner for all images.
