Well… What would you like to know about me? I have been a professional photographer since 1993.
Photography started for me when my father bought me a camera as a present when I was about 7. At first it was just a hobby but slowly it began to take over my life, now it is my life!  Since then my camera and I have become inseparable; I just can’t let go of it. I eat drink and sleep photography.

My background… I got my first break in photojournalism on freelance basis working for a weekly Asian newspaper the ‘Eastern Eye’ in 1993 back in London. For next few years I worked not only for Eastern Eye but for various other newspapers and magazines. In 1995 I was offered a full time job as picture editor for the same newspaper; this job involved taking care of the photographic department, dealing with other freelance photographers as well as searching for the images needed for the next issue of the newspaper.

In 1997 after some experience as working as a picture editor, I went back to freelancing and since then I have been freelancing full time.

The Lifestyle Photosession idea started when a couple who I did wedding for wanted some pictures of themselves, somewhere outside on location. They wanted something informal, natural and personal without too much obvious posing. At the same time they wanted the images to progress as if telling a story.

Since then Lifestyle Photosession has developed in a major way. People want something different to what is currently available. The majority of people don’t like studios, they can feel self conscious, restricted and unable to relax - I know I am one of them! The studio environment is great for certain types of images but they can become a bit ‘samey’! They can’t give you the freedom that a Lifestyle Photosession can to enable you to relax be show the real you.

Lifestyle Photosession is different as the whole experience takes place on location; the location can be anywhere in the world. It can be as simple as beach, the park or a tourist attraction.

Lifestyle Photosession is about capturing the real you in an environment that you are comfortable in.

It’s whole new experience!
